It's that time of the year again... time to design next years theme. First up is the 2010 theme for the YM and YW. Make Time for Thankfulness

If there is one thing we all need more of, it's time to say thank you! Life seems to have picked up in speed and basic kindnesses like thankfulness are often pushed aside for 'one day'. As a mom of five daughters, I learned early. "Feed them and they will come". It is even more true for boys! This is a simple idea that you can attach to a treat as an invite to a special activity. Ideas can be expanded to include a reinforcement of a lesson with scripture, we miss you, thank you, birthday treat, visiting teaching gift with lesson and scripture... and more.
